UNEARTHEN

There is a lot of thought and theory behind the jewellery brand UNEARTHEN. The crystal and bullet necklaces are one-of-a-kind pieces each with their own unique history and distinct properties. According to the brand's website it is for this reason "that most Unearthen pieces have already chosen their bearers", good news for the indecisive amongst us! Each crystal possesses different characteristics and health benefits, some work to clear your mind and help you focus, some maintain healthy eyes, others provide balance, others promote wealth and so on. They also happen to look very nice too.

UNEARTHEN claims; "the stone with the right properties for your needs will inherently attract you". I'm attracted to them all, but then again, I'm no stranger to the doctors! I'm thinking one of each should cover all bases. Avoid future illness and generally improve my well being by piling on these bad boys; it's a win win!

I love the dreamy concept behind UNEARTHEN, it mixes perfectly with clever designs and unusual shapes to produce some really exciting jewellery. Plus, they have some of the nicest watches I've seen in a long while.

Pinterest // Green with Envy

Just a few Pinterest pics; I wouldn't say I'm addicted but I'm definitely a fan, there's some fun/pretty/weird stuff on there! If you haven't tried it yet you should give it a whirl. Here are this weeks' (current, it is only Thursday!) favourites.

Ann-Sofie BACK A/W 12

Ann-Sofie's A/W 12 BACK collection is full of contradictions; sharp tailoring and hard lines are combined with sheer fabrics and lace to create an androgynous yet feminine collection; it's minimalist yet messy; it uses contrasting fabrics, mixing soft cable knit with heavy zips; the colour palette of burgundy, muted greys, whites and black is sombre until it's interjected with bold flashes of electric blue. There are so many conflicting elements that it could easily overwhelm, but somehow it just works. Awkward cuts, shapes and styles are combined to create beautiful collage like clothes.

Fly Boots

I keep thinking about these lovely black boots from Fly London. Ever since I tried them on they've been on my wish list but, as I bought two new pairs of shoes last week, they'll have to stay there a little longer. They don't look much in the pictures, but I promise they are chunky, 90's esque and the heel is the oh so perfect height. I'm trying to ignore the fact that I already own heeled black leather boots, they are after all COMPLETELY different in every single way. Who am I kidding!?! They're not even that different!!!
